- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.

- Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong metrics and drive results.
- Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with management to achieve business goals.
- Build credibility and trust with team and customers, serving as a personal fashion advisor.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented and forward-thinking approach.
- Develop product knowledge skills and stay informed about current collections.
- Recruit and coach the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to elevate team performance.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Ensure completion of daily tasks without impacting service standards.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace and communicate effectively.
