1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure efficient and effective functioning.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Implement merchandising strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
4. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of Coach in all interactions.
5. Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives.
