1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
4. Proficiency in using retail systems and technology.
5. Physical ability to maneuver sales floor and stock room.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
