Responsibilities
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team to deliver Coach’s selling and service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
- Collaborate with management to adjust store strategies and selling techniques.
- Maximize clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
- Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market.
- Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner.
- Develop product knowledge and stay aware of current collections.
- Recruit and develop sales team to meet business needs.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
