1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure efficiency and profitability.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the values and ethos of Coach.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
5. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any escalated issues promptly.
6. Manage inventory and ensure accurate stock levels are maintained.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within retail, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets.

Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position within the retail sector, with a preference for luxury fashion experience.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
