1. Oversee daily operations of the retail outlet to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain brand standards.
4. Manage inventory and visual merchandising to optimize store presentation and product availability.
