1. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities and values.
2. Model and develop team to meet Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
3. Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
5. Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong sales metrics.
6. Maximize clienteling strategy to meet business goals.
7. Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers, building credibility and trust.
8. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
9. Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
10. Develop product knowledge and stay informed about current collections.
11. Recruit and coach the sales team to meet performance goals.
12. Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to team members.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
