1. Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities and values.
2. Model and develop team to deliver Coach’s selling and service expectations.
3. Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to adjust store business strategies and personal selling techniques.
5. Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to deliver strong metrics and results.
6. Maximize clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
7. Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers.
8. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market.
9. Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner.
10. Develop product knowledge skills and stay aware of current collections.
11. Recruit and coach the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
12. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
13. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building.
14. Use retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
15. Ensure all daily tasks are completed without impacting service standards.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
