1. Model exemplary performance behaviors to impact sales and operational processes.
2. Collaborate with Store and Assistant Store Managers to align decisions with company priorities.

9. Maintain the store's interior and exterior in partnership with the corporate office.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
