1. Lead and model exemplary sales and operational processes to impact business success.
2. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities.
3. Develop and enforce sales strategies to drive growth across all categories.
4. Utilize floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong metrics and results.
5. Maximize clienteling strategies to meet business goals.
6. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to enhance brand loyalty.

9. Provide regular feedback and coaching to elevate team performance.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
