1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
2. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.

4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
