1. Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s).
2. Model and develop team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
3. Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques.
5. Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with management.
6. Build credibility and trust with team and customers.
7. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market.
8. Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner.
9. Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections.
10. Recruit and coach the team to meet goals.
11. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
12. Interact and communicate with supervisor(s) regularly.
13. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building.
14. Use retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
15. Ensure all daily tasks are completed without impacting service.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
