4. Maximize clienteling strategy and monitor progress to achieve business goals.
5. Serve as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business.
6. Manage daily operational tasks and adapt to business needs seamlessly.
7. Leverage retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
8. Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and encourage growth.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

3. Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
4. Proficiency in retail systems and technology.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

$17.00 to $24.00 per hour
