1. Oversee daily retail operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Coordinate merchandising efforts to maintain visual standards and optimize product placement.
4. Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement strategies to improve store performance.
5. Assist in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
