1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times.
4. Implement and uphold brand merchandising standards.
5. Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for stock replenishment.
