1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
3. Implement and maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.

5. Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment.
