1. Lead and model exemplary sales and operational processes to enhance store success.
2. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities and values.
3. Develop and enforce sales strategies across all categories to achieve financial targets.
4. Manage productivity by holding sales team accountable for personal sales and clienteling strategies.
5. Serve as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business within the local market.
6. Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with management as needed.
7. Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and encourage individual growth.
8. Manage daily operational tasks and adapt to business needs seamlessly.
9. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury service environment.
