1. Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s).
2. Model and develop team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
3. Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques.
5. Maximize clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
6. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market.
7. Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner.
8. Develop product knowledge and remain aware of current collections.
9. Recruit and coach team members to meet goals.
10. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
11. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building.
12. Use retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
