1. Model exemplary performance behaviors and represent Coach at the highest standards.
2. Collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align decisions with company priorities and values.
3. Develop and enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to store and financial results.
5. Maximize clienteling strategies in partnership with management to achieve business goals.
6. Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers, enhancing brand loyalty.
7. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive business and brand loyalty.
8. Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented and forward-thinking approach.
9. Recruit and develop team members, providing daily coaching and motivation.
10. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards and adapt to business needs.
11. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range: $15.00 to $23.00 per hour.
