1. Model and enforce sales strategies and operational processes to achieve company objectives.
2. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities.
3. Develop and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals and utilize company tools.
4. Manage daily operational tasks and adapt to business needs seamlessly.
5. Act as a brand ambassador to drive brand loyalty and business growth.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

4. Proficiency in retail systems and technology.

1-3 years of retail experience, ideally in a luxury retail service environment, with a strong understanding of fashion trends.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $16.00 to $24.75 per hour, complying with applicable pay laws.
