1. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with organizational objectives and company values.
2. Manage daily operational tasks in accordance with Coach standards, adapting proactively to business needs.
3. Exemplify performance behaviors that uphold Coach's highest standards and positively impact sales and operational processes.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. Current knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace.

1. Strong customer focus and ability to build effective relationships.
2. Proficiency in managing ambiguity and adapting to change.
3. Drive for results and ability to exceed goals consistently.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to diverse individuals.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail service environment.
