1. Model exemplary performance behaviors to impact sales and operational processes.
2. Collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align decisions with company priorities.
3. Develop and enforce sales strategies to drive growth across all categories.
4. Utilize floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong sales metrics.
5. Maximize clienteling strategies in partnership with management to meet business goals.
6. Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers, enhancing business results.
7. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive loyalty and business.
8. Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner, partnering with management as needed.
9. Coach and motivate the team to meet goals using company tools.
10. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
11. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
12. Adhere to all applicable retail policies and procedures.
13. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
