3. Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Collaborate with management to flex store business strategies and personal selling techniques.
5. Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to deliver strong metrics.
6. Maximize clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
7. Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers.
8. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market.
9. Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner.
10. Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections.
11. Recruit and coach the sales team to meet goals.
12. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
13. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building.
14. Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
2. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
3. Ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room.
4. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
