1. Lead and supervise a team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Coordinate scheduling and manage staff availability to meet business needs, including peak retail periods.

5. Maintain a high standard of store presentation and merchandising.

Base pay range from $17.50 to $24.25 per hour.
