Coach Lead Supervisor

- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with organizational objectives and company values.
- Model and develop team to meet Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories to drive growth.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
- Maximize floor supervisor role to achieve strong metrics through team selling.
- Manage clienteling strategy in partnership with management to meet business goals.
- Serve as a personal fashion advisor to build credibility and trust with team and customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to foster brand loyalty.
- Address customer and team needs with a tailored approach, resolving issues proactively.
- Develop product knowledge and stay informed on current collections.
- Recruit and manage staffing to positively impact sales.
- Coach and motivate team to meet goals using company tools, fostering individual growth.
- Provide regular feedback to team and management to elevate performance standards.
- Oversee daily operational tasks in accordance with Coach standards.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Ensure adherence to all retail policies and procedures, including POS and operations.
- Leverage technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.

Experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment, preferably in luxury fashion.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
Compensation range: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour.
