Coach Lead Supervisor

- Collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team to meet Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
- Contribute to store and financial results through personal selling techniques.
- Maximize clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
- Build credibility and trust with team and customers, acting as a personal fashion advisor.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Develop product knowledge and awareness of current collections.
- Recruit and manage staffing to positively impact sales.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
- Adhere to all applicable retail policies and procedures.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
