Responsibilities
- Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team to deliver Coach’s selling and service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to adjust business strategies and personal selling techniques.
- Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong metrics.
- Maximize clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
- Build credibility and trust with team and customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
- Develop product knowledge and stay aware of current collections.
- Recruit and manage staffing to positively impact sales.
- Coach and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building.
- Use retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
Skills
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to execute at a fast pace and communicate effectively.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor and perform physical tasks.
Experience Requirements
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
