11. Recruit, coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.

13. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store with corporate partnership.
14. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
15. Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
