Coach Lead Supervisor

- Lead and supervise daily store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Drive sales and achieve targets through effective team management and customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment, encouraging professional growth and development.
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to enhance performance.
- Proven leadership experience in a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

A minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a retail setting is required.
