1. Understand organizational objectives and align decisions with company priorities and values.
2. Model and develop team to deliver Coach’s selling and service expectations.
3. Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Work with management to adapt store strategies and personal selling techniques.
5. Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to deliver strong metrics.
6. Maximize clienteling strategy to achieve business goals.
7. Build credibility and trust with team and customers.
8. Act as a brand ambassador in the local market.
9. Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner.
10. Develop product knowledge and stay aware of current collections.
11. Recruit and manage staffing to positively impact sales.
12. Coach and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
13. Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
14. Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store.
15. Use retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
16. Adhere to all applicable retail policies and procedures.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range $16.00 to $35.00 hourly.
