1. Model and enforce sales strategies and operational processes to achieve business objectives.
2. Collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align decisions with company priorities.
3. Drive sales and service expectations, endorsing and developing team members.
4. Maximize clienteling strategies and monitor progress to meet business goals.
5. Serve as a brand ambassador in the local market to enhance brand loyalty.
6. Manage daily operational tasks and maintain store standards.
7. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
8. Recruit and develop sales team members to meet staffing needs.
9. Provide regular feedback and coaching to improve team performance.

1. 1-3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

1. Strong business acumen and adaptability.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in using retail systems and technology.
4. Ability to manage and motivate a team.
5. Strategic and forward-thinking problem-solving abilities.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, ideally within a luxury retail environment, with a solid understanding of fashion trends and market competition.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Base pay range from $16.00 to $35.00 hourly.
