Coach Lead Supervisor

- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team to meet Coach’s Selling and Service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories to drive growth.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
- Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong metrics and drive team selling.
- Maximize clienteling strategies in partnership with management to meet business goals.
- Serve as a personal fashion advisor to build credibility and trust with team and customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador in local market initiatives to drive brand loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with management as needed.
- Develop product knowledge and remain aware of current collections.
- Recruit and coach sales team to meet personal and team goals.
- Provide regular feedback and constructive criticism to improve team performance.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
