- Understand organizational objectives and make decisions in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) that align with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team to deliver Coach’s selling and service expectations.
- Enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
- Work with Store Manager(s) and/or Assistant Store Manager(s) to adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques.
- Leverage floor supervisor assignment responsibilities to deliver strong metrics.
- Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s).
- Build credibility and trust with team and customers, serving as a personal fashion advisor.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market/mall to drive brand loyalty and business.
- Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented and forward-thinking manner.
- Develop product knowledge skills and remain aware of current collections.
- Recruit according to the positive sales impact staffing has on the business.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
- Interact and communicate with supervisor(s) regularly, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the building with partnership from the corporate office.
- Use all retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team.
- Ability to maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
