1. Oversee daily operations of the outlet store, ensuring high standards of customer service and sales performance.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
3. Implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive store traffic.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure product availability.
