- Aligns decisions with organizational objectives in collaboration with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to uphold company priorities and values.
- Develops and models team to deliver on Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
- Implements sales strategies and initiatives across all categories to drive growth.
- Collaborates with management to adjust store strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance overall store and financial performance.
- Maximizes floor supervisor role to achieve strong metrics through team selling and customer engagement.
- Holds sales team accountable for personal sales and productivity management.
- Partners with management to optimize clienteling strategy and monitor progress towards business goals.
