3. Develop and enforce sales strategies across all categories.

5. Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to drive strong metrics and team selling.
6. Maximize clienteling strategies in partnership with management to achieve business goals.
7. Serve as a personal fashion advisor to build credibility and trust with customers.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
3. Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
4. Ability to execute tasks at a fast pace and communicate effectively.
