Coach Lead Supervisor

- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team to deliver Coach’s selling and service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
- Hold sales team accountable for personal sales and maximize clienteling strategy.
- Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers and act as a brand ambassador in the local market.
- Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner and partner with management as needed.
- Develop product knowledge and recruit staff to meet business needs.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and encourage individual growth.
- Manage daily operational tasks and maintain store standards.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Ensure completion of daily tasks without impacting service standards.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Drive for results and customer focus.
- Creativity and interpersonal savvy.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
- Perseverance and dealing with ambiguity.
- Strategic agility and building effective teams.
- Managerial courage.
1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
