1. Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities and values.
2. Model and develop team to deliver Coach’s selling and service expectations.
3. Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
4. Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
5. Hold sales team accountable for personal sales and maximize clienteling strategy.
6. Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers and act as a brand ambassador in the local market.
7. Resolve customer issues in a solution-oriented manner and partner with management as needed.
8. Develop product knowledge and recruit staff to meet business needs.
9. Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and encourage individual growth.
10. Manage daily operational tasks and maintain store standards.
11. Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
12. Ensure completion of daily tasks without impacting service standards.

1. 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
