Coach Lead Supervisor

- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Model and develop team to meet Coach's Selling and Service expectations.
- Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance financial results.
- Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to achieve strong sales metrics.
- Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with management to meet business goals.
- Build credibility and trust with team and customers, serving as a personal fashion advisor.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with management as needed.
- Develop personal and team product knowledge skills, staying informed of current collections.
- Recruit and manage staffing to positively impact sales.
- Coach and motivate the team to meet goals, utilizing company tools.
- Provide regular feedback and performance coaching to team members.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards.
- Maintain building upkeep in partnership with corporate office.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Adhere to all Coach retail policies and procedures.
- Ensure completion of daily tasks without compromising service standards.
