1. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Ensure the store's visual merchandising aligns with brand standards and marketing directives.
3. Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling.
4. Develop and implement strategies to increase store traffic and enhance customer engagement.
5. Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

1. Proven experience in a supervisory role within the retail industry.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail supervisory position is required.
