- Understand and align with organizational objectives in collaboration with Store Managers to prioritize company values and strategies.
- Model and develop the team to meet Coach's Selling and Service expectations, enforcing sales strategies across all categories.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance store and financial results.
- Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to drive strong metrics and results, including team selling initiatives.
- Maximize clienteling strategies in partnership with Store Managers to achieve business goals.
- Serve as a personal fashion advisor to build credibility and trust with both team and customers.
- Act as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with Store Managers as necessary.
- Develop product knowledge skills and stay informed on current collections.
- Recruit and coach the team to meet sales goals and utilize company tools effectively.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, demonstrating strong business acumen.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store in partnership with the corporate office.
- Adhere to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures, including POS and Operations procedures.
- Utilize Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts.
- Ensure completion of daily tasks without impacting service standards.
- 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
