Coach Lead Supervisor

- Model exemplary performance behaviors and represent Coach at the highest standards.
- Collaborate with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align decisions with company priorities and values.
- Develop and enforce sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
- Adapt store business strategies and personal selling techniques to enhance overall store and financial results.
- Leverage floor supervisor responsibilities to drive strong metrics and team selling.
- Maximize clienteling strategy in partnership with management to achieve business goals.
- Act as a personal fashion advisor to build credibility and trust with the team and customers.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business.
- Resolve customer issues with a solution-oriented approach, partnering with management as needed.
- Coach, develop, and motivate the team to meet goals and utilize company tools.
- Manage daily operational tasks according to Coach standards, adapting to business needs.
- Maintain interior and exterior upkeep of the store with corporate partnership.
- Utilize retail systems and reporting tools to make informed decisions.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable Coach retail policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and drive results.
- Strong customer focus and dedication to meeting customer expectations.
- Creativity in developing new ideas and solutions.
