1. Oversee daily retail operations to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
2. Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain brand standards.
3. Implement and monitor visual merchandising strategies to enhance store presentation.
4. Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional events and brand ambassador activities.
5. Manage inventory levels and ensure stock replenishment aligns with sales forecasts.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail supervisory or management position, preferably in the luxury fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
