Coach Lead Cashier

- Greet customers warmly, offering a personalized introduction and engaging naturally.
- Act as an ambassador for the Insider Program, enhancing customer loyalty.
- Engage customers in both verbal and non-verbal interactions at the Cashwrap and while in line, in the absence of a Cashwrap Supervisor or Line Leader.
- Assess customer needs through observation and interaction, providing tailored service.
- Maintain integrity when handling customer information and ensure confidentiality.
- Conduct cashier end-of-shift audits in collaboration with store management.
- Verify, approve, and complete return processes in accordance with company policy.
- Ensure repairs and damaged returns are processed and labeled correctly, in partnership with management.
- Assist in training and development of Cashiers alongside management.
- Report any equipment issues to management promptly.
- Maintain SKU integrity and ensure the Cashwrap area is organized and clean.
- Promote additional sales through suggestive selling and gift card offerings.
- Accurately manage cash and media in compliance with company policy.
- Deliver purchased products to customers in a courteous manner.
- 1-3 years of previous cashier experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Current knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
- Polite and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude.
- High level of personal and professional integrity.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new procedures.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Ability to adapt service style to meet diverse customer needs.
1-3 years of previous cashier experience in a luxury retail service environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
