Inventory Planner

1. Plan and manage inventory rebalancing across locations and regions
2. Set SKU targets by distribution center locations
3. Support Demand/Inventory Review, Supply Review, and Integrated Reconciliation
4. Identify discrepancies within inventory and propose solutions
5. Manage cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances
6. Ensure inventory service level at location for all product segments through automated Inventory Netting
7. Support end-of-life management process
8. Build relationships and collaborate with sales, operations, finance, buying, demand management, and supply chain partners

1. 2+ years of experience in merchandising in a luxury, lifestyle brand
2. Experience in S&OP/SDS process meetings
3. Understanding of inventory planning and management techniques
4. Experience in reviewing inventory planning KPIs
5. Experience in inventory planning continuous improvement efforts

1. Strong brand, retail, supply chain, manufacturing, and overall retail business acumen
2. Strong customer orientation and commercial drive
3. Strong organizational skills
4. Ability to perform under pressure and manage priorities
5. Intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills

2+ years of experience in merchandising within a luxury, lifestyle brand, with involvement in product development from concept through execution and leading multiple categories.

Base pay range $64,350.00 to $70,000.00
