1. Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Support recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
3. Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
4. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
5. Provide support in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
6. Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management on HR-related matters.
7. Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role within the fashion or retail industry.
3. Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
4. Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in South Korea.

4. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, preferably within the fashion or retail sector.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
