1. Support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure the acquisition of top talent.
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
5. Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
7. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.

1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role within the fashion or luxury industry.
2. Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
3. Experience with HR metrics and reporting.

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably within the fashion or luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
