Coach Global Merchandising Manager

- Develop seasonal product strategies that align with global business needs and brand strategy.
- Collaborate with Global Merchandise Planning and Business Unit Merchants to drive business effectively.
- Manage product pricing with a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and customer insights.
- Oversee all ECV and system setups.
- Communicate assortment updates clearly to cross-functional partners.
- Partner with design and product development teams to communicate costing needs and maintain department margins.
- Manage daily merchandising responsibilities, including line plans, product lifecycle management, and seasonal milestone execution.
- Oversee the artist collaboration process from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to facilitate Gen Z focus groups and surveys, creating recaps for cross-functional teams.
- Build and develop balanced assortments to meet brand and financial objectives.
- Partner with Global Merchandise Planning to set financial targets each season.
- Analyze current business to identify opportunities and risks in future assortments.
- Manage presentation documents and tools each season to communicate assortment strategy and updates.
- Influence line planning and category assortment by analyzing product performance, consumer trends, and competitive landscape.
- Research competition to understand global markets and make business growth recommendations.
- Analyze data and sales information accurately and timely, utilizing it for decision-making.
- Present sales analysis to merchandising leadership and cross-functional teams, highlighting key takeaways and future action plans.
- Create individual development plans consistent with team goals.
- Establish relationships with key business unit partners globally.
- Create partnerships with key global merchandising peers.
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising or buying in a related business or brand.
- Excellent product sensibility.
- Strong interest in sustainability and circularity.
- Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for business.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of business drivers.
- Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams.

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills and comprehensive understanding of retail math.

A minimum of 5 years in a merchandising or buying role within a related business or brand is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Base pay range from $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually.
