Responsibilities
- Develop seasonal product strategies that support global business needs and align with brand strategy.
- Build relationships with Global Merchandise Planning and Business Unit Merchants to drive business.
- Manage product pricing with an understanding of the competitive landscape and customer knowledge.
- Oversee ECV and system setup.
- Communicate assortment updates to cross-functional partners.
- Collaborate with design and product development to maintain department margins.
- Manage daily merchandising responsibilities, including line plans and product lifecycle management.
- Oversee artist collaboration processes.
- Partner with marketing teams for Gen Z focus groups and surveys.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in merchandising or buying in a related business or brand.
- Strong interest in sustainability and circularity.
- Excellent product sensibility.
Skills
- Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Financial acumen and understanding of retail math.
- Ability to react quickly with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience in partnering with cross-functional teams.
Experience Requirements
5+ years in a merchandising or buying capacity in a related business or brand.
Compensation
Base pay range $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually.
