1. Assist in the development and execution of global merchandising strategies for the Ready-to-Wear (RTW) category.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, marketing, and sales to align merchandising initiatives with brand objectives.
3. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product assortment decisions.
4. Support the preparation of seasonal line plans and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to optimize product availability and profitability.

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in merchandising, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or a related field within the fashion industry.

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
