Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive global buying and planning strategies for Coachtopia.
- Maximize sales and profitability while aligning with the brand vision.
- Partner with Merchandising and other cross-functional teams to achieve growth targets.
- Own all buying aspects for categories such as Leather Goods and Ready to Wear.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a Buying or Planning capacity.
- BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Skills
- Excellent product sensibility with knowledge of trends.
- Strong self-starter with action-oriented drive.
- Ability to adapt to changes and challenges positively.
- Sharp business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience Requirements
5+ years of experience in a Buying or Planning capacity.
Education Requirements
BA or BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Compensation
Base pay range $85,000.00 to $105,000.00.
