Coach Planner, Global Merchandise Planning

- Provide seasonal, global financial framework for Men's Bags assortment
- Drive global investments against key product strategies across markets, leveraging strong business partnerships to maximize sales and productivity while maintaining global message
- Succinctly summarize global sales plans, highlighting areas of risk and opportunity
- Partner to provide global product lifecycle guidance
- Analyze and identify global and regional product trends through weekly and monthly reporting, and apply to short- and long-range product plans
- Foster effective teamwork and communication with key business partners (i.e. Global Merchandising, Business Unit buying teams, Brand Operations, Product Development, Supply Operations, etc.)
- Effectively prioritize and coordinate deadlines with cross-functional partners
- Become the product expert in Men's Bags
- 1+ year(s) of experience in Planning and/or Buying or closely related financial/accounting work
- Additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree
- Retail experience (financial services or consulting applicable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and comfort working with large amounts of data
- Experience with MicroStrategy or other BI reporting tools
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, with firm understanding of retail math concepts
- Superior written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate across all levels of management
- Strong initiative, and agility to flex across shifting priorities
- High degree of accountability and attention to detail
- Value on teamwork, to ensure strong relationships with a multitude of cross-functional partners
A minimum of one year of experience in planning, buying, or closely related financial/accounting work is required.
Additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
Base pay range $70,000.00 to $83,000.00 annually.
