1. Oversee daily operations of the Bicester outlet to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
3. Lead and mentor a team of sales associates, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain to ensure optimal stock availability.
5. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.
7. Manage budget and financial performance, including expense control and revenue generation.

1. Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
3. Excellent understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a focus on luxury or high-end brands.
