Coach Field Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager

1. Execute global visual merchandising direction.
2. Conduct visual merchandising trainings.
3. Coordinate new store openings.
4. Support design process of in-store amplifications and pop-ups.
5. Create strong visual presentations that drive business.
6. Stay updated on regional business trends and competition.
7. Provide consistent merchandising direction to field management.
8. Train store management teams on visual standards.
9. Identify business opportunities and deliver action plans.
10. Manage communication between corporate visual merchandising and stores.

1. 2+ years of area/district visual merchandising experience.
2. Experience facilitating new store openings.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
5. Strong presentation skills.
6. Flexible to travel (minimum 25% of time).
7. Flexible to work outside of standard office hours.

Base pay range $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually.
