Coach Field Visual Merchandising Assistant Manager

- Execute global visual merchandising direction in collaboration with the Senior Manager Northeast and Director of North America Visual Merchandising.
- Conduct visual merchandising trainings and coordinate new store openings.
- Support the design process for in-store amplifications and pop-ups across all Coach channels.
- Provide consistent merchandising direction to field management and train store management teams on current visual standards.
- Identify business opportunities and develop action plans in collaboration with District and Store Managers.
- Manage communication flow between corporate visual merchandising and store management through various channels.
- Assist stores in interpreting corporate visual guidelines to meet business needs.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying products, cartons, props, or fixtures.
- 2+ years of area/district visual merchandising experience.
- Experience in facilitating new store openings.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of InDesign is a plus.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate ideas.
- Willingness to travel (minimum 25% of the time).
- Flexibility to work outside standard office hours.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations and adapt to different store environments.
- Attention to detail in standards, marketing, lighting, fixturing, and windows.
- Creativity and ability to inspire others.
- Awareness of fashion trends and ability to integrate them into visual merchandising.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of 2 years in area or district visual merchandising, with experience in new store openings.
Base pay range from $75,000.00 to $85,000.00 annually.
