1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
2. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely responses.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
4. Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
5. Coordinate and organize executive-level meetings, including logistics and materials preparation.
6. Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by executives.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.

1. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
2. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
4. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role within a corporate environment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
