1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives in the merchandising department.
2. Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
3. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
4. Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and external partners.
5. Assist in the preparation and management of departmental budgets and reports.
6. Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security of data.
7. Plan and execute special projects and events as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
3. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

A minimum of 5 years in an executive assistant role or similar administrative capacity, preferably within the luxury fashion or retail industry.
