Coach Executive Assistant

- Manage the office of the SVP of Visual Experience, VP of Strategy/Licensing/Collaborations & Amazon, and VP of Visual Merchandising, ensuring seamless operations.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense handling.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agenda preparation, room bookings, and catering arrangements.
- Facilitate effective communication of daily agendas and changes to ensure timely execution of meetings.
- Cultivate relationships with internal administrative staff to streamline scheduling and planning.
- Organize and execute department events, acting as a liaison for key executives and partners.
- Maintain and track Time & Attendance for executives and department schedules.
- Prepare and reconcile Travel & Expense reports, ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Process invoices and collaborate with finance to manage monthly projections and accruals.
- Oversee facilities requests and new hire processes, ensuring timely completion.
- Participate in special projects as required.
- 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- Experience interacting with executives at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative team player with initiative and leadership abilities.
- Professionalism, poise, and confidentiality.
- Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with superior follow-through skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
A minimum of five years of experience in an Executive Assistant role, preferably within a high-paced corporate environment, interacting with senior executives.
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
Base pay range from $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 annually.
