1. Contribute to seasonal concept development and trend research for women's dress shoes.
2. Communicate designs through precise hand or digital sketches.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align footwear designs with the brand's seasonal direction.
4. Assist in managing design timelines and ensuring timely delivery of design documentation.
5. Develop technical knowledge of footwear construction to communicate design specifications.
6. Partner with material teams to source sustainable materials and update seasonal material orders.
7. Collaborate with technicians to correct prototypes and potentially travel to Asia for sample reviews.
8. Create CAD designs for line presentations and communicate updates to partners.
9. Ensure the design integrity is maintained throughout the product development process.

1. 2+ years of experience in footwear design or a related field.
2. Ability to sketch technical drawings and freeform renderings.
3. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
4. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
5. Strong communication and organizational skills.
6. Understanding of the Coach aesthetic.

Base pay range from $65,000 to $80,000 annually.
