Coach Design Associate, Women's Footwear

1. Contribute to seasonal concept development and trend research.
2. Communicate designs through hand or digital sketches.
3. Present concepts and designs to cross-functional partners and senior design team.
4. Collaborate with partners to align footwear designs with the brand's seasonal direction.
5. Ensure timely delivery of design documentation to development partners.
6. Develop technical knowledge of footwear construction for design specifications.
7. Partner with material team for sustainable material sourcing.
8. Correct prototypes and potentially travel to review samples.
9. Create CAD designs for presentations and communicate updates.
10. Detail the line as a design-forward, well-merchandised collection.

1. 2+ years of experience in footwear design.
2. Ability to sketch technical drawings and freeform sketches.
3. Experience working with cross-functional teams.

1. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
2. Ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
3. Strong communication and organization skills.
4. Understanding of the Coach aesthetic.

2+ years of equivalent or relative experience in footwear design.

Base pay range $65,000.00 to $80,000.00.
