- Contribute to seasonal concept development and trend research for women's dress shoes.
- Communicate designs through precise hand or digital sketches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align footwear designs with the brand's seasonal direction.
- Assist in managing design timelines and ensuring timely delivery of design documentation.
- Develop technical knowledge of footwear construction to communicate design specifications.
- Partner with material teams to source sustainable materials and update seasonal material orders.
- Collaborate with technicians to correct prototypes and potentially travel to Asia for sample reviews.
- Create CAD designs for line presentations and communicate updates to partners.
- Ensure the design integrity is maintained throughout the product development process.
- 2+ years of experience in footwear design or a related field.
- Ability to sketch technical drawings and freeform renderings.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding of the Coach aesthetic.

Base pay range from $65,000 to $80,000 annually.
