Coach Design Assistant

- Collaborate closely with the Design team to develop and design products for special projects and collaborations.
- Assist in creating fashion-driven concepts each season that align with the creative vision and aesthetic of Coach.
- Maintain a well-organized digital inventory of designs and resources, including sketches, material swatches, and product-related notes.
- Adapt to changes and be proactive in managing workload and finding solutions.
- Engage with cross-functional partners to support unique merchandising, brand, and marketing needs.
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in leathergoods within a luxury brand.
- Excellent hand sketching skills, including freeform garment renderings and renderings on figure drawings.
- Proficiency in CAD technical drawings and a strong understanding of materials, hardware, leather, and construction.
- Strong fashion sense with the ability to interpret trends.
- Highly resourceful and experienced in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
At least one year of experience in leathergoods design within a luxury brand is required.
Base pay range from $64,350.00 to $65,000.00 annually.
