1. Design for special projects including pop-up shops, events, and collaborations.
2. Partner with senior design leadership to refine seasonal concepts, materials, hardware, and color palette for collections.
3. Create life-size sketches and color CADs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
4. Ensure adherence to department timelines, meeting key milestones and final calendar dates.
5. Uphold design integrity, high-quality execution, and timeliness throughout the development process.
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Sourcing, Product Development, Vendors, Public Relations, Creative, Production & Logistics, Legal, and Customer Experience.

1. Strong fashion sense with the ability to interpret trends.
2. Highly resourceful with experience in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
5. Flexibility and adaptability to change.

1. Excellent hand sketching skills.
2. Ability to create CAD technical drawings.
3. Understanding of materials, hardware, leather, and construction.
4. Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.

Minimum 1+ years of leathergoods experience in a luxury brand.

Base pay range $58,500.00 to $65,000.00 annually.
